Digital Network Solutions/MoneyTree Certifies Encore Networks M2M Cellular Routers for ATM Payment Processing
Encore's C2C™Router Will Allow Migration of Legacy ATMs to Cellular and IP Services

Chantilly, VA August 27, 2012 - Encore Networks, a leader in Machine-to-Machine (M2M) solutions for fixed and wireless communications, today announced that full-featured Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) processor, Digital Network Solutions/MoneyTree (DNS) has certified Encore's line of C2C™ M2M wireless routers to migrate ATMs from Plain Old Telephone Service (POTs) to more secure, reliable and less expensive cellular services.

As the in-house processor for ATM manufacturer, MoneyTree, DNS process over 40,000 transactions a day and have dispensed over one trillion dollars in cash via the 12,000 ATMs shipped to date. DNS also provides processing and accounting services to clients with a wide portfolio including Triton, Tidel, Qualtex, NCR and Cross/Tranax/Nautilus/Hyosung ATMs.

"DNS has a reputation for being a full service processor who operates with the ATM owner in mind, providing them with exclusive support for all issues from hardware to bank account," said Scott Harper, Vice President of Product Management for Encore Networks. "Their certification of our cellular routers validates our commitment to the growing M2M/ATM market and allows us to expand our customer base quickly by showcasing how we eliminate the dependence on high cost analog copper lines."

The C2C™ wireless router enables ATMs, operating with legacy protocols, to work in an IP environment. With Intelligent VISA-II protocol handling, the C2C™ automatically detects the need to invoke VISA-II and does not require manual intervention to effect the required configuration change. Encore also offers IPsec capabilities in the entire C2C™ line of M2M routers. IPsec maintains a constant network connection in high traffic areas such as stadiums during sporting events and concerts, eliminating connection delays and minimizing transaction time.

"Our goal every day is to keep our customers running and profitable, and we know that ATM uptime equals profit," stated Eric Swenson, Operations Manager of Digital Network Services. "Encore allows us to provide a new level of customer service by effectively upgrading our client's connections with Legacy dial-up to more secure, more reliable and less expensive cellular and IP services."
